COS Partnership
Out of long-standing relationships with Catalyst Collective and Community Led Housing has come our current partnership with the Collective Ownership Society. COS is a secondary co-op, a co-op of co-ops, designed by Gauthier Guerin and Lev Kerimol to be a financial tool for the purchase of properties for new, and existing co-ops wishing to expand. This has been a significant and welcome shift for us as we focus less on the CLT model of buying land to develop. Our role in the partnership is to support those co-ops interested in the COS model and raise funds to purchase properties through Community Shares.
